Our Spa’s Policies

General FAQs

  • Street parking is available directly in front of the spa.

  • Complimentary waters are served daily.

  • Our facility has 5 treatment rooms in total (2 for esthetics; 2 for massage; 1 for foot )

  • We are a small boutique spa and do not have saunas, pools, etc.

Cancellation Policy - Updated for 2024

CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT: Currently, we prefer phone reservations as online booking information often cannot be updated promptly. If you want to cancel or change your appointment after making a phone reservation, please contact us at least half an hour in advance. Thank you.

If you do not arrive at the scheduled time, we will hold your appointment for 5 minutes. If you still have not arrived after 5 minutes, we will automatically cancel your appointment. (For example, if your appointment is at 3:00 pm, we will hold your reservation until 3:05 pm. If you have not arrived by then, we will cancel the appointment.) Thank you for your understanding.

REFUNDS: 

SERVICES: All service transactions are non-refundable. If you choose to stop/end the service midway due to personal reasons, the full fee will be charged.
GIFT CARDS: All gift card transactions are non-refundable
